At First Cause we are about leadership development on a global scale. We search for leaders who are spiritual, moral and ethical examples in their community with a goal of equipping them to raise the bar by replicating other leaders exponentially. To achieve this, we nationally and internationally conduct training seminars, provide instructional materials and ongoing one-on-one training. In special cases, we also are able to provide humanitarian support. First Cause began in 2000 and currently operates in eleven nations across four continents.
