At First Cause we are about leadership development on a global scale. We search for leaders who are spiritual, moral and ethical examples in their community with a goal of equipping them to raise the bar by replicating other leaders exponentially. To achieve this, we nationally and internationally conduct training seminars, provide instructional materials and ongoing small group or one-on-one training. In special cases, we also are able to provide humanitarian support. First Cause began in 2000 and currently operates in eleven nations across four continents.
